At Broskart, we ensure every order is carefully processed, packed, and shipped with precision.
All our products are handcrafted, inspected, and packaged with extra protection to reach you safely and on time.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Handcrafted or made-to-order items (like collectible figures) may require 2–5 business days for preparation before dispatch.

  • You will receive an email and SMS update once your order is shipped, including your tracking link.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver:

  • All over India through trusted courier partners like Ekart, Delhivery, and BlueDart.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, regional restrictions, or peak seasons.

🛡️ Shipping Protection

All fragile or collectible items are shipped with Secure Packaging and Shiprocket Protect coverage.
In case of damage during transit:

  • Please share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery showing the damaged product and shipping label.

  • We will review and process a replacement or refund after verification.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may include a small service charge.

🔄 RTO / Undelivered Packages

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

  • The customer will be responsible for RTO (Return to Origin) charges.

  • In case of re-shipping, full shipping costs will apply.

  • Foam & bubble layer protection

  • Fragile handling labels
    We don’t compromise on protection — every shipment is packed for impact resistance.

🕒 Delayed or Lost Packages

In rare cases of shipping delay or loss:

  • We will coordinate with the courier and update you within 48 hours.
