We only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete.
The wrong item was shipped.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must provide:
1. An unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened (without any cuts or edits).
2. The video must clearly show the shipping label and the damaged item inside.
Without this proof, refunds or replacements cannot be initiated, as we need to confirm damage during transit.

🕒 Return / Refund Window
You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@broskart.shop or messaging us on our official social handles.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once your claim is verified and approved:
1. We will process either a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund to your original payment method.

Outer box damage that doesn’t affect the actual product is not considered eligible for a refund or return.
